The lucrative audience of active traders are glued to TV screens during the trading day. They also grew up glued to some iconic TV shows. To announce TD Ameritrade’s new tagline "Where Smart Investors Get Smarter", we thought bringing back one of their favorite TV shows just might break through. We flew to LA and re-shot the :49 opening of “Get Smart” down to the smallest detail. Thank you Mr. Mel Brooks for your support.

For our second execution of the campaign we decided to go with a slightly wider appeal. We were told TD Ameritrade can “train” you to be a smarter investor. Cue Rocky training montage conversation. Call MGM for film rights. Inquire on price for “Gonna Fly Now”. And to top it all off, ask Dolph if he’d like to run the beach.
